Enable or disable remote management features in GoTo Admin

Admins can restrict agents from using certain remote management features. This setting applies to all agents in your organization.

Remember: Changes made to these settings may take up to a day to appear in LogMeIn Resolve.
  1. In GoTo Admin, go to Settings > Monitoring and management.
  2. Toggle the following settings as necessary:
    • Antivirus: Enable agents to manage antivirus software running on your managed devices. When disabled, your agents do not see any antivirus-related information on the Devices page, or in the Devices > Antivirus menu.
    • Updates: Enable agents to view and install available OS and application updates on your managed devices.
    • Alerts: Enable agents to create alert policies and monitor incoming alerts on your managed devices.
    • Remote execution: Allow agents to execute scripts remotely on your managed devices.
