Enable or disable remote management features in GoTo Admin
Admins can restrict agents from using certain remote management features. This setting applies to all agents in your organization.
Remember: Changes made to these settings may take up to a day to appear in LogMeIn Resolve.
- In GoTo Admin, go to .
- Toggle the following settings as necessary:
- Antivirus: Enable agents to manage antivirus software running on your managed devices.
- Updates: Enable agents to view and install available OS and application updates on your managed devices.
- Alerts: Enable agents to create alert policies and monitor incoming alerts on your managed devices.
- Remote execution: Allow agents to execute scripts remotely on your managed devices.
