Enable or disable Asset Management features in GoTo Admin

Admins can restrict agents from using certain Asset Management features. This setting applies to all agents in your organization.

Remember: Changes made to these settings may take up to a day to appear in LogMeIn Resolve.
  1. In GoTo Admin, go to User > Settings > Asset management.
  2. Toggle the following settings as necessary:
    • Manage hardware inventory: Enable agents to manage IT assets, assign user, associate managed devices, and adjust data for reporting.
    • Manage software inventory: Enable agents to manage software assets and adjust data for reporting.
