Improve the AI responses based on your LogMeIn Resolve data

You can improve your agents' overall experience in LogMeIn Resolve by letting the AI learn from your data and provide tailored responses.

When this feature is enabled, the AI scans all your content, including session recordings and files to enhance the quality and relevancy of its answers.
  1. In GoTo Admin, go to Settings > Artificial intelligence.
  2. Enable the Allow the use of your LogMeIn Resolve content for AI training option.

Results: Improvements are not instant. Even for the AI, it takes some time to offer better results.
