Admins can change the default behavior of the Helpline feature in LogMeIn Resolve. Helpline allows end-users to start a support session with an agent.
- In GoTo Admin, go to .
- Change the following options as needed:
- Enable Helpline - Enables end-users to request remote support from agents in the Customer Portal.
- Helpline AI suggestions - Enables AI-generated troubleshooting tips for end-users while waiting for an agent to connect to the support session. Only available when Enable Helpline is also selected.
- Waiting request time-out - Sets the timeout period for end-user support requests. When the timeout period expires, the end-user can request help again.
- Save your changes.
