Troubleshoot adding users to your LogMeIn Resolve account

If you get an "Internal server error: the server was unable to complete your request" error when trying to add a user to LogMeIn Resolve you are most probably trying use more licenses or add-ons than you have in your plan. Free up a license or purchase an extra one.

Additional errors when adding users

Check out the following hints if you get a "Something unexpected happened when performing the request, try again later." error when trying to add users.

  • Check if the Agent has Super admin permissions
  • Check if the user is assigned to the given product
  • Check that the Super admin selected the correct product for the end-user when they created the user profile
  • Check if you have enough licenses
  • Check if the email address is correct
  • Check the end-user's role
  • Check if a device has been assigned to the end-user
