Managing SSO setup errors

Here's what you can do to troubleshoot SSO setup issues.

  • Ensure that the customer has already verified the domain that will be used in Organization Center.
  • Check which type of SSO the end-user is going to use. If the Manager is setting up SSO through Active Directory, make sure that the requirements are met.
  • Make sure that the 3rd party SSO provider is supported.
