About the Web Technician Console

The Rescue Web Technician Console is a browser-based application that provides remote support solutions with a great focus on our users’ needs with an updated, fresh look. In the Web Console, you can find most of the features from the desktop application – yet a great advantage of the Web Technician Console is that you don’t need to install an application on your agents’ devices. Therefore, the Rescue Web Technician Console is always up to date. Some features, such as the Zero Download Remote View or the AI-powered In-session Assistant will be only available in the Web Technician Console. Besides that, the Web Technician Console is continuously upgraged with both existing and new Rescue features, making sure that both our desktop and Web Technician Console users are benefitting from the same set of remote support solutions that is LogMeIn Rescue.
