Frequently Asked Questions
- How does LogMeIn Resolve collect Windows updates data?
- Each online device with the LogMeIn Resolve client installed collects information on outstanding Windows updates at least every 30 minutes and reports the results back to the Console. If the device is offline or newly enrolled, it cannot collect data on available updates. If an online device does not refresh the availability of updates for an extended period of time, reinstall the LogMeIn Resolve client.
