Restart a host in LogMeIn Pro

You can restart online hosts when they cannot be reached from either the Dashboard or Remote Control.

  1. Log in at LogMeIn.com.
  2. On the Computers page, select an online computer that you want to restart.
  3. Select Properties next to the host.
    The Computer Properties page is displayed.
  4. On the General Settings tab, select Restart under Restart host service.

    Result: This will close all active connections to the host.

    Note: If the Restart button is disabled, then your host is either offline or the host software on the remote computer was turned off.

Results: You can restart a host every five minutes.
