Linking LogMeIn Rescue to Zendesk

To post the details of remote sessions to Zendesk, LogMeIn Rescue must be linked to Zendesk as follows:
- In the LogMeIn Rescue Administration Center, select your Technician Group.
- In , enter the following URL in Post session details to URL when session is ended by technician: https://secure.logmeinrescue.com/integration/api/zendesk.
- Select either of the following options for Post session details:
- as XML data
- as JSON
- Click Save Changes.
