Creating an API key for LogMeIn Rescue app in Zendesk

  1. In Zendesk, click Manage () at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Select the API link under the Apps and Integrations > APIs > Zendesk API section.
  3. Make sure Token Access is turned on.
  4. Add a new API token by clicking the plus sign.
  5. Name the token as LogMeIn Rescue and copy the token's value. You will need it when configuring Zendesk.
