Remote Support System Settings in GoTo Admin
Update default remote support settings as needed such as, allowing session recording and clipboard sync, requiring multi-factor authentication, and the hiding agent's personal information.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- From
tab, you can change the following:
Setting Description Session recording Enable this setting to automatically record all on-screen activity during a session. To learn more, refer to Working with Session Recordings. Clipboard sync Enabling this setting gives agents permission to use clipboard sync during an active remote control session. Multi-factor authentication This setting can require users to enter a code from their authenticator app. If enabled, select Edit to choose a date for forced sign out. Hide agents' personal information Enabling this setting will mask sensitive fields (the personal details of agents) in remote support sessions. When enabled, only the agent's first name and email address domain will be visible to the customer. This setting is disabled by default. Note: Enabling this feature does not impact reporting. - Select Save if you made changes.
