Merge LogMeIn Resolve tickets in the Console
When you have duplicate tickets of the same issue, you can merge them without losing information from any of the tickets.
When you merge tickets, you can select a 'parent' ticket to keep and delete the 'child' tickets. All deleted tickets will still be available from the parent that you keep but will not be displayed on your Helpdesk page.
