Working with LogMeIn Resolve tenants in LogMeIn Resolve MDM
With a Managed Service Provider (MSP) account, each of your tenants in LogMeIn Resolve correspond to a LogMeIn Resolve MDM site.
If you have an MSP account in both LogMeIn Resolve and LogMeIn Resolve MDM, each tenant you create in LogMeIn Resolve corresponds to a site in LogMeIn Resolve MDM. This way, you can easily manage all mobile devices of a tenant independently of other tenants' devices.
For detailed information on LogMeIn Resolve features, see our LogMeIn Resolve support site.
Tenant-specific user permissions
Users with an MSP account Admin role have access to all tenants corresponding to the account, which means they can manage each LogMeIn Resolve MDM site created for the tenants of the MSP account. However, users with a Member role specified in GoTo Admin have no access to and visibility of any tenants (and, consequently, any LogMeIn Resolve MDM site) unless they are assigned to them through GoTo Admin. Additionally, Member users do not have permission to the MSP Admin account.
For detailed information on user roles in LogMeIn Resolve MDM, see User roles in LogMeIn Resolve MDM. For information on managing tenants and related permissions, see Manage your LogMeIn Resolve tenants in GoTo Admin.
Creating a site in LogMeIn Resolve MDM for your LogMeIn Resolve tenant
One tenant in LogMeIn Resolve equals one site in LogMeIn Resolve MDM.
Working with different tenants in LogMeIn Resolve MDM
You can manage the devices of a specific tenant by selecting the corresponding LogMeIn Resolve MDM site on the site selector screen upon signing in to LogMeIn Resolve MDM or by navigating to the menu. The site selector lets you switch between all sites that your LogMeIn Resolve account is linked to.
Deleting tenants
When deleting a tenant in LogMeIn Resolve, you must first unenroll all devices in the corresponding LogMeIn Resolve MDM site, otherwise tenant deletion is not possible. For detailed information on unenrolling devices from a site, see Unenrolling a device.
