How do I sign in using single sign-on?
Once your admin has set up Enterprise Sign-In (single sign-on/SSO), you can sign in to your GoTo product by using your Company ID.
Important: If you use LogMeIn Rescue, this article is for using SSO to sign in to GoTo Admin, which is used to manage your account's billing info and subscriptions. Only the Master Account Holder will need to access and use GoTo Admin. Visit the Rescue SSO setup user guide to learn more about setting up SSO to access your LogMeIn Rescue software.
- On the LogMeIn Rescue sign in screen, from My Account, or GoTo Admin, enter your validated company email address.
Note: If you are not automatically redirected, select My Company ID, then enter your email address and select Continue.
