When you have screen resolution or performance issues during remote control, you can change your screen size.

1. After starting Remote Control, look for the black ribbon near the top of the screen.
2. Select the Options button on the ribbon.
3. In the drop-down, look under Screen Settings.
4. You will see the options to choose a different resolution if needed, along with bit depth and zoom capabilities under the View section.
