Agents can zoom in and zoom out on the end-user's screen to get a more or less detailed view.

1. During an active Remote Control or Remote View session, click Zoom on the toolbar.

   Result: The zoom preset value selector is displayed.
   

2. You can either click Fit to scale the image of the end-user's entire screen to fit the width of the Console display area, or choose from preset zoom values.
   Tip: When zoomed in, agents can scroll around the screen by moving the mouse pointer to the edge of the screen.
