Troubleshooting clipboard sync issues in LogMeIn Resolve
If you are experiencing clipboard sync issues on Mac or Windows, check the following:
- Is the feature enabled when you start the remote support session?
- Do the end-user and agent devices meet the minimum system requirements?
- Is Rosetta enabled on your Mac running on an M1 chipset?
- If none of the hints above help, reboot your device. Try to remove and then redeploy the device.
