View the antivirus protection status of your devices in LogMeIn Resolve

The Antivirus details page lists the current antivirus health of your device as well as threats found.

To see protection status, do the following:

  1. In the Console, go to the Devices page.
  2. Use the checkboxes on the left of the device list to select a device that you want to manage.
  3. On the right, select Antivirus under Device health.
  4. Select Antivirus details.
    The Antivirus details page opens and displays the protection status summary of the device and antivirus threats found.
    Note: The Threat history tab refreshes automatically every 15 minutes.
What to do next: Depending on what antivirus-related issues you find, you can start taking action directly from this page. To do so, select Take action in the top-right corner and select the appropriate action.

Set the default antivirus and firewall software

When you have multiple antivirus or firewall software installed on a device, you can decide which software should be the default one. When you take action on multiple devices, the default solution will be used.
  1. On the Antivirus details page, go to the Antivirus solutions or Firewall solutions tab.
    The installed solutions are listed.
  2. Select Set as default next to the software that you want to use as the default solution.
    This option is only available when you have multiple solutions installed.
