This version of the Desktop Console is a standalone beta product, which doesn't affect or depend on the stable version, and installs software updates on its own. The following changes have been added in this release:
Improvements
- Qt framework updated to version 6.8.3.
- Links now open in the default browser.
- During a software update, the Desktop Console now uses elevated user permissions.

This version of the Desktop Console is a standalone beta product, which doesn't affect or depend on the stable version, and installs software updates on its own. The following changes have been added in this release:
Improvements
- Improved video decoding and rendering during remote control sessions to lower resource usage and improve overall quality and performance
Known issues
- The following features are not yet supported in the initial release:
- Multi-monitor
- Remote sound
- File manager
- Remote printing
- The user interface is under development. As a result, some in-session features, such as chat and session wrap-up, are only accessible in the main application window. Furthermore, each remote control session opens in its own window.
