What's new in the LogMeIn Resolve Desktop Technician Console

LogMeIn Resolve Desktop Console (Windows v1.14.2.42, Mac v1.14.2.21) – August 29, 2025

Improvements
  • You can now contact the LogMeIn Support team to disable OAuth login for your account. This may help you switch between your companies in the Desktop Console.

LogMeIn Resolve Desktop Console (Windows v1.14.1.41, Mac v1.14.1.20) – August 28, 2025

Improvements
  • When you sign in to a device during a remote control session, you can now copy and paste the username and password on the login screen.

LogMeIn Resolve Desktop Console (Windows v1.14.0.40, Mac v1.14.0.19) – August 21, 2025

Improvements
  • Support for OAuth 2.0 authentication has been added.
  • Third-party open source library information updated.
  • OpenSSL has been updated to version 3.0.17.
  • Qt framework updated to version 6.8.4.
  • Added support for Mac devices with Apple silicon processors.
Fixes
  • Various minor security and bug fixes.

LogMeIn Resolve Desktop Console (Windows v1.13.2.34, Mac v1.13.2.16) – June 11, 2025

Improvements
  • Qt framework updated to version 6.8.3.
  • Links now open in the default browser.
  • During a software update, the Desktop Console now uses elevated user permissions.
Fixes
  • LogMeIn Resolve MDM users were unable to create an Apple Push certificate as it was not possible to download the Certificate Signing Request (CSR) file from the System > Infrastructure diagram menu.
  • In some cases, the Desktop Console updater window did not open during a software update.

LogMeIn Resolve Desktop Console (Windows v1.13.1.27, Mac v1.13.1.15) – May 12, 2025

Improvements
  • OpenSSL has been updated to version 3.0.16.
  • You can now open and view PDF documents from the Knowledge Base in the Desktop Console
  • Log file management has been improved
Fixes
  • In some cases, modifier keys, such as the Windows and Ctrl keys got stuck on the agent's Windows device
  • Various minor bugfixes

LogMeIn Resolve Desktop Console (Windows v1.13.0.130, Mac v1.13.0.120) – January 28, 2025

New
  • Updated the Windows Updater logic.
  • Implemented new branding elements.
Important: If Desktop Console v1.12.0.117 was previously installed for all users, the update may fail. To resolve this:
  1. Uninstall Desktop Console v1.12.0.117.
  2. Download Desktop Console v1.13.0.130 from the website.
  3. Install the new version.
If the update still fails and uninstalls the original Desktop Console, download and install v1.13.0.130 from the website.
Improvements
  • This release contains some product security-related enhancements.
Fixes
  • Fixed issues related to Chromium dependencies.
  • Resolved application localization issues.
  • Fixed language persistence to maintain preferred language settings after restart.

LogMeIn Resolve Desktop Console (Windows v1.12.0.117, Mac v1.12.0.115) – September 6, 2024

Improvements
  • We have enabled system file access in the File Manager.
  • We have added visual feedback to the repair process.
  • OpenSSL has been updated to version 3.0.15.

  • We have fixed the inventory export functionality.
  • We have resolved update issues related to modified installation paths.

LogMeIn Resolve Desktop Console (Windows v1.11.0.114, Mac v1.11.0.114) – April 15, 2024

  • The installation folder has been relocated to prevent interference with other GoTo applications.
  • We have introduced a Repair option for end-users.

LogMeIn Resolve Desktop Console (Windows v1.10.1.113) – February 26, 2024

  • We have resolved some Windows keyboard-related issues.

LogMeIn Resolve Desktop Console (Windows v1.10.0.112, Mac v1.10.0.112) – February 14, 2024

  • We have improved keyboard functionality to support special characters and resolved sticking modifier keys.
  • We have added advanced telemetry capabilities.
  • OpenSSL has been updated to version 3.0.13.
