- You can now force install the unattended applet from command line as follows:
- For EXE installationGoToResolve_Unattended.exe --ForceInstall 1

- Fixed an issue where an error dialog box popped up, informing users that the working directory could not be created.
- Resolved a problem where the unattended applet would not appear in the list of devices and the service would not run, despite the installation showing as successful.
- Fixed an issue where the LogMeIn Resolve service would not start after a second forced reinstall in Windows 10 and 11 environments.

- When using TLS 1.2 on Windows 7 computers during attended sessions cannot be enforced, a pop-up dialog alerts users that TLS 1.2 is not enabled.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where UA crashes were occurring, and crash dumps are now written to the UnattendedCrashReportDB folder.
- Fixed an issue where the offline uninstall process for the Unattended Agent was not functioning correctly.
- Fixed an issue where revoking autologin credentials was blocking RE job runs until the next service restart.
- Fixed an issue where, during instant remote sessions, the screen on the agent side would go blank when attempting to switch to a new Windows user, preventing the admin from making the switch.

Fixes
- We fixed an issue where sessions would get stuck in a reconnect loop after rebooting the remote device.
- We fixed an issue where the Unattended Applet (UA) installation did not appear in the user’s list of devices and would not run the service, despite showing a successful installation.
- We fixed an issue where the microphone permission was requested during a user switch in an unattended (UA) session, causing the session to get stuck in a connected state.
- We fixed an issue where the attended UI process would start and then immediately quit in a loop during a user switch in an unattended remote control session.
- We fixed an issue where the LogMeIn Resolve daemon would start and then immediately crash with a SIGSEGV error after rebooting the device.
- We fixed an issue where the session would get stuck with the message “Customer seems to be unavailable…” after signing out during a Remote Control (RC) session.
- We fixed an issue where the Unattended Applet (UA) version would not update in the Installed apps list in Windows or the Control Panel’s Apps & features after sending an update.

Improvements
- Enhanced logging: Normal sessions and unattended applet runs no longer generate error logs, media-related errors are now warnings, and error logs are created when OnSessionError is called.
Fixes
- Resolved an issue where the unattended installer (both EXE and MSI) crashed on startup due to recent changes.
- Fixed a problem where the session remained in a connecting state without showing the Permissions dialog on the end-user side.
- Fixed an issue where users logging out from macOS Sonoma and Ventura during unattended sessions experienced a spinning session and reboot message; users now receive a prompt to quit GoToResolve to complete the logout process.

- We included a feature that allows users to disable mouse and keyboard input during unattended sessions in Windows environments.
Fixes
- We have fixed an issue when the attended applet did not start on Macs with an M1 or M2 chip if Rosetta had not been installed.

Fixes
- Fixed an issue that was causing Windows Server 2016 and 2019 to be displayed incorrectly in the Device Details panel. They should now appear correctly.
- Fixed an issue where the LogMeIn Resolve Dashboard was displaying incorrect operating system version information when devices were deployed via Intune. Specifically, Windows 10/11 Enterprise was being misrecognized as Pro.
- We have resolved an issue that was preventing the Unattended GoTo Applet from starting on various computers after a restart.
- An issue was fixed where Windows commands were not working in the remote terminal.

- We added the unattended connection status indicator to the tray and network diagnostics to the About menu on macOS computers.
Improvements
This release hosts some security and stability fixes.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue when the restart time of the unattended applet got longer when the end-user changed user with the switch user function.
- Fixed an issue when end-users experienced high latency and frequent disconnections when connecting to Windows 11 hosts from outside their network.
- Fixed an issue when the mouse pointer got frozen during an active session.
