About the relationship between zero trust and user roles in LogMeIn Resolve
Depending on your user role in your organization, you may have different experience when managing zero trust keys.
You can manage user roles in GoTo Admin as described in Change a user's role in the admin portal
Zero trust for Member users
Users in Member roles have limited capabilities when using zero trust. Members in LogMeIn Resolve are typically agents, whose daily tasks do not require admin rights. When it comes to zero trust, Members can do the following:

Super Admin role have a much wider range of rights and responsibilities. Admins generally do not take part in the day-to-day business of agents, only manage the agents' account setup. When it comes to zero trust, admins can perform the following additional tasks:
