Device health

  1. In the Console, go to the Devices page.
    Note: If you have multiple accounts, select your organization in the top-left corner next to the LogMeIn Resolve logo.
  2. Hover your mouse over a device from your pool and select ... on the right:
    Tip: Use the finder in the top left corner to search for a device by name, group or label.
  3. In the Device health tile you can see the calculated health score of the device based on the following RMM categories:
Category Icon Message Status
Alerts No alerts triggered. Device health is OK.
No alert policy triggered. The indicator is intended solely for informational purposes.
One or more alerts triggered. The device needs attention.
Antivirus Protected. Device health is OK.
Scan in progress.../ Unknown. The indicator is for informative purposes only. The indicator is intended solely for informational purposes.
Virus definition outdated / Windows version too old. Not supported device / Multiple software installed. The device needs attention.
Threat found. Serious error, needs immediate attention
OS updates Up to date. Device health is OK.
Unknown / One or more updates available. The indicator is intended solely for informational purposes.
Windows is not activated. Limited update capability. The device needs attention.
Vulnerable. Limited update capability. Serious error, needs immediate attention
Application updates Up to date. Device health is OK.
One or more updates available. / Winget not accessible. Limited update capability. The indicator is intended solely for informational purposes.
Note: When you click the message, LogMeIn Resolve will navigate to the respective section in the left hand menu.
