View alerts on a LogMeIn Resolve device in ConnectWise

View alerts of a single device or all alerts of a company in ConnectWise that have been raised by LogMeIn Resolve devices. You can also set up ConnectWise to automatically create Helpdesk tickets in LogMeIn Resolve.

View alerts of a single device

  1. Select a device on the Configuration page that you have imported from LogMeIn Resolve.
  2. If you haven't already, select Connect to LogMeIn Resolve to create a link between the two applications.
  3. Select the Alert list tab.

    Result: The alerts that your device has received are displayed.

Manage the alerts of a company

  1. Select a company on the Configuration page that you have imported from LogMeIn Resolve.
  2. If you haven't already, select Connect to LogMeIn Resolve to create a link between the two applications.

    Result: The alerts that your device has received are displayed.

  3. Select Ticket creation settings above the list of alerts.
  4. Select the priority level of the alerts that will automatically create Helpdesk tickets in LogMeIn Resolve.
  5. Select Submit.

    Result: You can find Helpdesk tickets in the LogMeIn Resolve Console.
