Upgrading from GoToAssist: Self-service flow in GoTo Admin

Create a LogMeIn Resolve trial from GoTo Admin.

  1. Sign in to GoTo Admin at https://admin.goto.com.
  2. Select Billing from the navigation pane on the left.
  3. Under Subscriptions, select Check offer to try LogMeIn Resolve for 90 days.
  4. Read the feature comparison and select Continue to LogMeIn Resolve.
  5. Set up your LogMeIn Resolve trial account and check I understand and then Get LogMeIn Resolve.

Results: Your LogMeIn Resolve trial account gets created and you are ready to proceed with your upgrade process in LogMeIn Resolve.
