Upgrading from GoToAssist: Self-service flow in GoTo Admin
Create a LogMeIn Resolve trial from GoTo Admin.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin at https://admin.goto.com.
- Select Billing from the navigation pane on the left.
- Under Subscriptions, select Check offer to try LogMeIn Resolve for 90 days.
- Read the feature comparison and select Continue to LogMeIn Resolve.
- Set up your LogMeIn Resolve trial account and check I understand and then Get LogMeIn Resolve.
Results: Your LogMeIn Resolve trial account gets created and you are ready to proceed with your upgrade process in LogMeIn Resolve.
