Review the supported system requirements to use LogMeIn Resolve.
Network requirements
A working internet connection with stable 1 Mbps download and upload bandwidth per device.
Note: The Windows updates, third-party application updates, and Endpoint protection features only support devices running Windows operating systems. Devices running Windows ARM or macOS are not supported.
System requirements for agents
These minimum hardware, browser, and network configuration requirements apply to computers that LogMeIn Resolve agents use to support their end-users.
Browser Console requirements

Operating system-specific limitations

| Windows Server 2008 R2 and later | On Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2, you must enable TLS 1.2. For information, see the Microsoft support center. |
| Windows 8 and earlier / Windows Server 2012 and earlier | To start unattended access, you must first open TCP port 8883 on the remote device. |
| Mac OS Ventura (version 13) and above | The Rosetta software is required when joining a support session from a Mac with an M1 or later Silicon chipset. |
