Switch between remote desktop sessions in LogMeIn Resolve
If multiple users are connected to a device through Remote Desktop, you can select which user's session to join.
Limitations related to sessions initiated via RDP
Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) is a proprietary protocol developed by Microsoft that allows users to connect to another computer over a network connection. When you start remote support sessions in
LogMeIn Resolve to an unattended device that has a running RDP session, there are a few things to keep in mind:
- Screen blanking is not working while an RDP session is also active.
- When you minimize the RDP window, the RDP stream pauses, and you cannot start a remote control session on the device, while the RDP window is on the system tray.
- You can't use Ctrl-Alt-Del while in an RDP session.
