Start a managed support session from ConnectWise
Start a managed support session from ConnectWise by selecting an imported device, connecting to it, starting remote control, and entering a zero trust signature key to initiate the session.
Before you begin: You must first import devices from
LogMeIn Resolve to be able to remote control them.
What to do next: To end the session, click
End session in the Console.
Tip: You can also see the remote device's details by selecting View device details in the LogMeIn Resolve pod in ConnectWise. This shows device details in the LogMeIn Resolve Console.
