Sort devices by their antivirus details in LogMeIn Resolve

You can sort devices by clicking a column header on the Devices page.

Tip: Can't see this feature? Check out our feature comparison.
To get the most relevant information displayed, select Antivirus view from the Focus view drop-down list above the device list.

You have the following device properties listed in the column header. If you do not see a property, open the column selector at the top of the device list and add the necessary properties.

  • Device nickname: Name of the remote device in LogMeIn Resolve.
  • Device health: Overall heath of the device based on the status of alerts, antivirus issues, operating system updates, and application updates.
  • Update status: Displays whether the device is missing critical or optional Windows updates.
  • Group name: Name of the group that the device is a member of.
  • Tenant: Name of the tenant that the device belongs to.
  • Hostname: Host name of the remote device.
  • OS updates: Number of uninstalled Windows OS updates. Select the link to take you to the device's

  • Alert: Number of unacknowledged alerts that the device triggered.
  • Antivirus: The current antivirus health of the device. When you install LogMeIn Resolve Endpoint Protection on a remote device, the status of the installation process is also visible in this column:
    • Installation in Progress: the installation has started and is in process
    • Reboot Required: the device needs a reboot to complete the installation
    • Installed: confirms that the Endpoint Protection add-on is successfully installed and protecting the device

To view information on this progress, select the device and on the Device details tab, select Antivirus. You'll see the status in the LogMeIn Resolve Endpoint Protection row. When the installation fails or requires a reboot, additional information is also displayed in this row.
  • Status: Online status of the remote device.
  • Real-time protection: Displays whether Windows real-time protection is enabled on the remote device.
  • Firewall: Displays whether the firewall software running on the remote device is enabled. Unknown means that LogMeIn Resolve could not detect what software is running on the device, if any. Currently, LogMeIn Resolve cannot detect certain firewalls.
  • Antivirus software: Name of the antivirus software installed on the remote device.
  • Virus definition database: Version of the antivirus database that the installed software uses on the remote device.
