Set up LogMeIn Resolve integration with Intune

Connect LogMeIn Resolve with Microsoft Intune to enable unified device management.

Before you begin:
  • You must have Administrator rights to access LogMeIn Resolve
  • You must have Microsoft Intune administrator credentials
  1. In the Console, go to the Integrations page.
    Note: If you have multiple accounts, select your organization in the top-left corner next to the LogMeIn Resolve logo.
  2. Navigate to Integrations > Microsoft Intune.
  3. Select Set up connection.
  4. Follow the OAuth authentication process.
    Note: Sign in with your Microsoft Intune administrator account when prompted.
  5. Configure sync settings for your devices.

Results: The integration is now active. Device data will begin syncing between Intune and LogMeIn Resolve.
