Remote sound
Use the Remote Sound feature to listen to sound played on the end-user's computer while in an active remote control support session.
Before you begin:
Note: The feature is available both in attended and unattended remote control sessions.
Important: Currently, the feature works with remote Windows computers only.
- During an active session, click the REMOTE SOUND icon (
) on the toolbar in the console.Result: Speakers are automatically muted on the remote computer of the end-user, if they use the default speaker(s).
