Pop out a remote support session to a browser tab

Agents can move an active remote support session to another browser tab and then pop the session back in to the Console.

  1. Start an attended or unattended remote support session.
  2. Select the Pop out session toolbar icon.

    Your remote control window opens in a new browser tab.

  3. Optional: You can pop the remote control window back to the Console any time by selecting the Pop in to Console toolbar icon.
