Sign in to LogMeIn Resolve

You can select from multiple sign-in options after creating a LogMeIn Resolve account.

Note: Before you sign in, make sure you have an account.

Sign in with an email address and password

Navigate to the LogMeIn Resolve sign-in screen or to the My Account page at https://myaccount.logmeininc.com.
Select Sign in.
Enter your email address and select Next.
Enter your password and select Sign in.
If prompted, verify your login.

Sign in with a passkey

Navigate to the LogMeIn Resolve sign-in screen or to the My Account page at https://myaccount.logmeininc.com.
Select Sign in with a passkey.
In the pop-up window select Continue if you want to use your saved passkey for signing in.
Enter your passkey.
Result: After entering the correct passkey, you are automatically logged in.

Sign in using single sign-on

On the LogMeIn Resolve sign-in screen or to the My Account page at https://myaccount.logmeininc.com, enter your validated company email address.

Note: If you are not automatically redirected, select My Company ID, then enter your email address and select Continue.
You are redirected to your identity provider's sign-in page. Enter your company credentials, then proceed to sign in.
Result: You are now signed in to your GoTo product website or the My Account page, depending on where you signed in during Step #1 above.
