Manage files on a device
The File Manager lets you perform file and folder operations on devices without requiring remote control. It supports accessing both regular and system files on local devices.

Keyboard shortcuts
- F3 - Refreshes the list of files and folders. This is useful when you copy or delete a large number of files and you want to see which files have already been copied or deleted.
- F4 - Copies selected files between the local computer and the remote device.
- F5 - Creates a new folder on the panel where at least one file or folder is selected.
- DEL - Deletes the selected files and folders.
Overcome an Access denied message on a Mac
When you get this error message on a Mac, you must grant Full Disk Access to LogMeIn Resolve before you can manage files on your device. Here's how:
- Select a folder on a remote Mac device.
The Access denied message is displayed.
- Choose the .
- Select Security & Privacy.
- On the Privacy tab, scroll down to Full Disk Access.
- Make sure you can make changes to privacy settings. You may have to click the lock at the bottom of the window to enable making changes.
- Select the GoToResolve app.
- Select Quit & Reopen.
- Go back to LogMeIn Resolve and select Retry on the error message.
