Enable browser notifications in LogMeIn Resolve

End-users and agents can enable browser notifications to get a message when the end-user creates a new request or when an agent starts a support session.

Remember: Desktop Console and the mobile app do not support notifications yet.

Depending on your browser, you may have a slightly different experience when allowing notifications.

  1. The first time the end-user sends a support request, they see a notification in the top-left corner of the screen.

  2. As an end-user select Allow to get a notification when an agent starts your support session.
  3. As an agent, select Allow to get a notification about subsequent end-user support requests.

  4. Continue your support session.
