Close helpdesk tickets in the LogMeIn Resolve Console

When you are done working on a ticket, it is best to close it to let other agents know that the issue has been resolved.

Remember: This feature is not available with a trial subscription. Check out which subscription you need to get the most of LogMeIn Resolve.
  1. Sign in to the Console at http://console.gotoresolve.com.
  2. Go to the Helpdesk page and switch to list view.
  3. Select the tickets you want to close.
You can only close multiple tickets if they are in the same helpdesk service.
  4. Select Close tickets in the Manage tickets side panel.

Alternatively, you can open a ticket and set its Status to Closed.
Note: This option is only available for tickets that have not been closed yet.
  5. Save your changes.

Tip: You can set up alerts when a ticket is created or modified. See Set up email notifications in GoTo Admin.
