You can explore historical data from the past 72 hours, providing valuable insights and enhancing decision-making. Whether you’re analyzing trends, troubleshooting issues, or simply curious, this feature has you covered.
Important: You can access historical data of online devices only.
- In the Console, go to the Devices page.
Note: If you have multiple accounts, select your organization in the top-left corner next to the LogMeIn Resolve logo.
- Hover your mouse over a device from your pool and select ... on the right:
Tip: Use the finder in the top-left corner to search for a device by name, group, or label.
- Select View details from the list on the right.
- Select the Performance tab.

- Select a timeframe to watch. Remember that data is split into 10-minute intervals in the 24-hour look-back windows:
- Data time frame box: Choose a time frame from the drop-down options, ranging from 24 hours up to the last 72 hours.
- Timeline box: Click into the timeline chart box to select a time frame.
- When you have reviewed your historical data, click the Show live data button.
