View Helpdesk tickets related to an asset

You can view if any of your assets has been linked to a Helpdesk ticket in LogMeIn Resolve.

  1. Sign in to the Console at http://console.gotoresolve.com.
  2. Select an asset under Inventory.
  3. Select the Related tab at the top to display tickets linked to this asset. See also Link assets to helpdesk tickets in the LogMeIn Resolve Console
  4. Note: The linked assets displayed in the asset detail view are not currently filtered by ticket status, so closed tickets are also visible.
    Click a ticket to open it in Helpdesk.
