Try LogMeIn Resolve Endpoint Protection before you purchase an add-on

A trial add-on is available for 14 days, during which you can install Endpoint Protection on five devices. This gives you plenty of time to see whether LogMeIn Resolve Endpoint Protection is right for you.

To start a trial, do the following:

  1. In the Console, go to the Devices > Antivirus page, select the Get add-on icon.
  2. Select Buy add-on licenses in the pop-up.
    You are redirected to GoTo Admin.
  3. In GoTo Admin, navigate to the Billing > Subscriptions page.
  4. Select View details under your LogMeIn Resolve plan.
  5. Select Start trial under Endpoint protection add-on.
  6. Return to the LogMeIn ResolveConsole.

Results: In the Console, you can install the trial version as if it was a paid add-on. When doing so, you will see a Trial label on the Device antivirus summary page next to your device's Endpoint Protection license.

Find out if a device has a paid or a trial license

To see whether a device has a paid or trial license, do the following:
  1. Select a device on the Devices page.
  2. Under Device health on the right, select Antivirus.
  3. Select Antivirus details.

About expired trial licenses

After 14 days, your trial license expires and you can do the following:
  • Purchase a LogMeIn Resolve Endpoint Protection add-on. In this case, your device will stay protected by the Endpoint Protection software.
  • Manually remove LogMeIn Resolve Endpoint Protection from your devices that used the trial license. You also have to make sure that Windows Defender or another third-party antivirus app is installed and enabled on your devices to keep them protected.
    Remember: The LogMeIn Resolve Endpoint Protection app is automatically disabled within four hours after your trial license expires.

To purchase licenses, select Manage next to the license info in the top-right corner of the Console:

In the top-right corner of the Console, select your LogMeIn Resolve plan. Your device and add-on licenses are listed there.
