You can receive automated reminders for life cycle events of your software assets such as license expiration.
You can view reminders under License overview. Assets are marked in red and there is an alert icon next to the date that is either past due or approaching (within the next 30 days).
- In the Console, navigate to the page.
Note: If you have multiple accounts, select your organization in the top-left corner next to the LogMeIn Resolve logo.
- Select a software asset from your list.
- Select Edit details.
- Select the License management tab.
- Select a purchase from the list.
- Scroll down to the Licenses section and select Add license agreement details.
- Fill in the Start date and Expiration date fields to enter life cycle data for your software asset.
- Fill in the Last date to cancel, Renewal date, Next charge date, End of sale date, and End of support date to enter additional information for the reminder.
- Once done, select Save.
