You can set up notifications to remind you when a software asset is overutilised.
- In the Console, navigate to the page.
Note: If you have multiple accounts, select your organization in the top-left corner next to the LogMeIn Resolve logo.
- Click the purple gear icon on the right, and select Notifications.
Result: The Notifications panel pops up on the right.
- Check the box next to the notification you want to set:
- Assigned licenses exceed purchased licenses: This notification indicates that your organization has allocated more software licenses to users than it currently owns, if the licence type is seat.
- Software installations exceed purchased licenses: This notification indicates that your organization has installed the software on more devices or systems than the number of licenses you've purchased.
- Software installations exceed allowed installations: This notification indicates that the software has been installed on more devices or systems than your current license agreement permits, if your license type is concurrent.
