Getting Started: Remote support from the Support page
You can start instant support sessions from the Support page of the Console to devices that are not part of your account. This feature doesn't require you to enter your signature key.

Starting a remote support session
Select Start remote support session in the Instant remote support card on the Support tab of the Console.
Once a Support Key is generated, it remains valid for starting a session for 60 minutes. End users can join a support session at https://helpdesk.me/join.
