Create performance alerts in LogMeIn Resolve

You can create alerts monitoring the performance of Windows devices while you’re monitoring your endpoint's health. When you notice high CPU utilization, either at the present moment or in historical data, you can proactively monitor these levels by creating alerts with prefilled policy details.

Tip: Can't see this feature? Check out our feature comparison.
  1. In the Console, go to the Devices page and select a Windows device.
  2. Navigate to the Performance tab.
  3. Select Set alert policy on the CPU widget.

The New alert policy page is displayed with alert details prefilled.

  4. Optional: Click Select more alerts at the bottom of the Summary page to edit your alert policy.
  5. Add a name and description to your alert policy. In the Email addresses field, add the recipients who will be notified when alert notifications are sent.
  6. Select Activate policy and enter your zero trust signature key for confirmation.
You are redirected to the Performance tab of your device.
