You can change your GoTo account profile picture (or avatar) at any time via My Account.
- Sign in to My Account.
- Select Personal Info in the left navigation menu.
- From Profile picture, select Edit.
- Select and drag a photo in the Drop photo here area, or select choose a photo and choose your desired photo from your computer, then select Open.
Note: For best results, use a .png or .jpg file smaller than 2 MB.
- Once uploaded, use the following tools to achieve your desired photo position:
- (1) Select the photo and drag to reposition
- (2) Rotate the photo 90° left
- (3) Rotate the photo 90° right
- (4) Use the slider to zoom in or out of the photo
- Once finished, choose Save, or select Choose a different photo to upload a new photo.
- If you decide that you would like to change your uploaded profile picture back to the default avatar, select Edit in the Profile picture section, then select Reset to default photo.
