Ask GoPilot for AI-assisted help
GoPilot is your relentless AI assistant that allows you to easily perform LogMeIn Resolve actions from a conversational interface. This feature requires a Standard or Premium plan.
The basics
GoPilot uses Generative AI and Large Language Models to provide support, which includes the use of Open AI's GPT 3.5 and GPT 4 engines. The best part of GoPilot is that it can help both novice and advanced LogMeIn Resolve users: it guides you to the right place in the Console, provides valuable information on how to use features, and it can also do detective work for you, such as device diagnostics that otherwise requires you to remotely connect to a device. From now on however, just say the word, and GoPilot makes your wish come true.

How to use it
Since GoPilot never sleeps, it's always available in some shape or form. Just click its avatar next to the Search bar at the top of the page to start asking questions. Here's what the GoPilot widget looks like:
Ask anything from GoPilot
Anything related to LogMeIn Resolve. It even navigates you in the Console, so if you get lost in the menus, just tell GoPilot what you want to do and it will guide you to the right place.
Wherever you are in the Console, click the GoPilot avatar at the top of the page to open the chat window. Ask GoPilot to analyse a device. Since GoPilot is a context-sensitive bot, it won't know which device you are referring to, unless you either refer to the device by its name, or ask GoPilot for an analysis directly from the device details page. Therefore, when you ask a question, like "analyse device", GoPilot will first direct you to the Devices page where you can select the device that you are interested in.

Currently, GoPilot offers the following suggestions:
- Go to Updates - when the device is missing Windows and application updates.
- Go to Endpoint protection - when the device has antivirus-related issues
- Go to Devices - to see your other devices
Say, after viewing the report, you decide to install missing updates to the device. In this case, you can select the Go to Updates option that takes you to the Updates page in the Console. GoPilot automatically selects all relevant updates for you to install, so simply select Install now on the right and your device will get the latest Windows updates.
