Add a customer satisfaction survey for helpdesk users

Let your helpdesk agents collect valuable feedback from end-users after resolving their support tickets. This can also improve your support processes.

As an admin, you can add a link to an external survey. When a ticket is closed, the survey is automatically included in the email notification sent to the user who submitted the ticket.
  1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
  2. Select Settings > Helpdesk in the left navigation menu.
  3. On the Helpdesk services tab, select a helpdesk service you want to update.
  4. On the User survey tab, enter the link to your customer satisfaction survey.
  5. Save your changes.

Results: End-users will see the following link in the email notification:
