End users have to activate the Samsung Knox License to be able to remote control their devices even when they are not present.

1. In order to ensure proper operation of the mobile app, you have to complete the setup process by activating the Samsung Know License. Click Activate when prompted:
   
2. Read and accept the Privacy Policy before checking the I have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions above box.
3. Click Agree.

   Result: The device is registered and the Knox licence is validated.

4. In the next screen click Allow to exclude LogMeIn Resolve from battery optimization.
5. In the next screen Allow or Deny battery usage optimization.

   Result: The LogMeIn Resolve Mobile App is set up and ready for use.
