View the Bitlocker disk encryption status of your Windows computers

The Miradore client collects inventory information on the BitLocker drive encryption status from the Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 devices that you have enrolled in LogMeIn Resolve MDM. Additionally, the BitLocker recovery key is stored on the device's page for easy retrieval if LogMeIn Resolve MDM is used to encrypt the device.

Check the encryption status of a device

  1. Navigate to Management > Devices and open the device's page by double-clicking the device entry's row in the table.
  2. Check the Encrypted row of the Security table on the Main tab.
The Encrypted row shows one of the following statuses:
    Yes
All of the device's disk drives are encrypted.
    No
None of the device's disk drives are encrypted.
    Partially
Some of the device's disk drives are encrypted.

Check your devices' BitLocker usage on the Dashboard

When you create a LogMeIn Resolve MDM site, LogMeIn Resolve MDM automatically creates a Windows dashboard with useful charts about your devices' information.
