Deploy files to Android devices
Learn how to deploy files to Android devices remotely using LogMeIn Resolve MDM.
Before you begin: To deploy files to Android devices remotely using
LogMeIn Resolve MDM, the following requirements must be met:
- Miradore client version 2.3.13 or later must be installed on devices running Android 10 or earlier.
- Miradore client version 2.9.3 or later must be installed on devices running Android 11 or later.
- The maximum file size is 200 MB.
- A file manager application must be available on the device.
Note: If system applications were not retained during enrollment in LogMeIn Resolve MDM, the device may not have a file manager installed. Before deploying files to the device, ensure a file manager (such as Files by Google) is installed; otherwise, users will be unable to access files deployed via LogMeIn Resolve MDM.
- The device must have an application installed that can open the deployed file type.
Upload a file to LogMeIn Resolve MDM
Before you begin: Ensure that the file size does not exceed 200 MB.
Files must be uploaded to
LogMeIn Resolve MDM before deploying them to the managed devices.
Deploy files to managed devices
Results: The file or files are deployed to the managed devices and can be found in the location specified during file upload.
